Green Day has always welcomed fans to come onstage but at a recent show in London at the O2 Arena, the band went one step further. According to Loudwire, frontman Billie Joe Armstrong spotted a young disabled woman in the crowd who wanted to come onstage. A caregiver helped the woman, named Rachel, get onto the stage, where she was given a seat near Tre Cool's drum riser and got to play guitar with Armstrong seated next to her.
At the end of the performance, Armstrong gifted her with his guitar, saying, “Rachel, you can keep the guitar. You can have the guitar." <3 <3 <3
