Macy's Thanksgiving Parade Draws More Than 3 Million People

The 91st Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade is now in the record books.  More than 3,000,000 people braved the cold this morning to watch clowns, cheerleaders, bands and entertainers march in New York City.  The biggest attractions were the new character balloons, including Olaf from the Disney movie "Frozen" and Chase from Nickelodeon's "PAW Patrol."  Macy's giant singing Christmas tree was also a big hit.

The 2.5 mile parade route was secured by counterterrorism teams, thousands of police officers and sand-filled dump trucks.
