Fans of the MCU got a big treat during the Super Bowl, with the trailer release for Deadpool 3--apparently now titled "Deadpool & Wolverine".
The next blockbuster in the MCU franchise is set to reunite Ryan Reynolds's Deadpool and Hugh Jackman's Wolverine when the film releases on July 26th. The film will mark the first theatrical R-rated MCU release since Disney purchased Marvel in 2009. Fans of the "merc with a mouth" can look forward to Reynolds' very adult brand of humor to continue in this next installment.
The trailer depicts Deadpool being recruited into the TVA before setting off on a new mission. If you are unfamiliar with the TVA, I suggest watching Loki season 1 and 2 which are streaming on Disney+. This appears to be the way Deadpool will be brought from the 20th Century Fox Marvel movies into the mainline Disney MCU. Still following?
