Tis the season, and residents in Greene, Tennessee haven't figured it out yet.
Residents started calling 9-1-1 after a resident put a dummy face down in front of a garage door marked with bloody hand prints. The sheriff's office got so many calls they took it to Twitter, "For those of your driving on Chucky Pike in Greene County: THIS IS A HALLOWEEN DECORATION! Do NOT call 911 reporting a dead body. Instead, congratulate the homeowner on a great display."
