Listen to Motorhead on iHeartRadio

Motorhead is further delaying their return to the stage.  After spot-canceling their last few dates, the band has scrapped the rest of their European tour.

Band member Mikkey Dee explains that frontman Lemmy Kilmister needs more healing time following "a nasty blow to his hip."  He tells Sweden's "Aftonbladet" that the singer recently suffered the injury, which was aggravated by rushing down a flight of stairs during a fire alarm.

The drummer explains that because Lemmy "can't move properly" right now there are concerns he'll develop other health issues.  Dee adds that Lemmy "is devastated beyond belief" that he can't perform.

Lemmy's fall came on the heels of a reported procedure in which he had a defibrillator implanted in his chest to address a heart problem.  Dee admits he's worried because Lemmy is "not doing so well right now," but says the singer's condition is "improving."
